Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging and tags must be intact (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)

Items not meeting these conditions may not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

  • If approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the item.

Note: Returns must be pre-approved. Unapproved returns cannot be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Check your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately to resolve the issue

  • We’ll provide a replacement or refund

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable products (e.g., food, beverages)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item using the steps above

  2. Order the replacement item separately

This ensures the fastest processing for exchanges.

International Orders – EU Customers

For EU orders, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, in addition to our 30-day policy. Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging and proof of purchase are required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Allow up to 10 business days for processing
